At One Life. Many Roads, we aim to provide helpful guides and carefully selected products designed to support you through life’s many journeys.
Our refund policy varies depending on whether the product purchased is digital or physical.
Digital Products (Guides & Downloads)
All digital guides sold on this website are delivered electronically.
Once a digital product has been successfully delivered or downloaded, the sale is considered final and we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.
However, refunds may be considered in the following situations:
• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• You did not receive access to your download after purchase
• You were accidentally charged more than once for the same product
If you experience any of these issues, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Physical Products
For physical products purchased from our store, we offer a 30-day return policy.
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase or receipt must be provided

Items returned without first contacting us may not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon receiving it.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
• Downloaded digital products (Digital products such as downloadable guides are non-refundable once the download link has been delivered.)
• Gift cards
• Sale or clearance items
• Personalized or custom items
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
